Summary/Description:  Project Luna is the designation for the permanent alien presence on the lunar far side. According to leaks, Apollo astronauts documented these structures, but the footage was sanitized for public consumption. The project was preceded by Project Whiteout (1959–1964), which focused on the clandestine transport of building materials and survival hardware to the moon’s surface a decade before the “official” 1969 landing.

Other Details:  The Clementine project (1994) is often cited as a reconnaissance mission disguised as a science probe, designed to map the expansion of the Luna base and the “Mother Ship” docking zones.
