Summary/Description:  While officially a research tool, HAARP is widely regarded as a weaponization of Nikola Tesla’s electromagnetic theories. By firing high-frequency beams into the ionosphere, the project can allegedly create “controlled” weather patterns, trigger earthquakes via crustal resonance, or disable enemy satellites (SDI). Furthermore, the pulsing of frequencies at the same rate as human brainwaves (Alpha/Delta) suggests its utility for mass-scale mood and behavioral manipulation, including the projection of “intracranial audio” (V2K/Voice-to-Skull technology).
