Sometimes described as having a low hum, at other times as silent. However as described in Report 1 this craft may also be a ‘shape changing’ craft,as to what purpose this serves, or to what kind of alien could inhabit this ufo (if any) is far beyond anything we can comprehend.

Monday October 3, 2005. Ramos Arizpe, located near Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico
A security Cam Center located this ufo as it appeared on camera No. 1 which located the ufo north of Ramos Arizpe. Mexico.
The security cam operators were able to get the bright object in focus using the camera in infrared mode while recording the images.
The ufo got closer and increased it’s size exhibiting an oval shape with intense white luminosity and had a blue glow around it.
No sound was heard at anytime.
In a matter of seconds the UFO began performing some kind of strange metamorphosis while pulsating, and a dark red kind of core appeared at the center of the craft.
The UFO continues expanding itself increasing in size along with it’s core, which changed to blue.
As the UFO continues expanding its size it suddenly turned itself into a huge oval ring saturating the security monitor screen.
The ufos center that presented a core at first,now had a hole in the center where the stars were now visible.
The UFO repeated this rare morphing process several times, being recorded by the security cam during this time.
The video lasted 20 minutes until the ufo reduced its size and disappeared.

7/22/2005 Location: Ashland, VA. USA
Very large black ring/circle arose from a distance to one altitude and begun a steady coarse though the clouds. The sighting occurred while visiting KINGS DOMINON THEME PARK,my daughter and I were waiting in line for a roller-coaster.
Across the park we watched a black ring rise into the clouds,it leveled off and began moving in one direction.
As the black ring came directly over the park,I realized that it was very large in diameter (200-300 feet).
We watched the object slow almost to a stop,then appear to change course and resume its previous velocity.
This black ring was hollow in the center,perfectly round,and perfectly shaped.
There was cloud cover that afternoon,but you could see the ring moving inside the clouds.There was a lot of people watching and talking,including my wife and youngest daughter,but after we left the park we never heard another word about it.

A necklace of colored lights against light blue sky, about 800 yards long, moving slowly north. Blue sky could be seen through the center of the necklace. Lights disappeared simultaneously.
We were returning from a hunting trip, binoculars on the seat, two different vehicles, four people. When I saw the necklace (I call it the Nevada Necklace), it was about 16 miles across the valley above the mountains between Hoppi Basin and Gamble Canyon, in clear view.
I said, “What is that?” and picked up my binoculars immediately and looked at the object carefully. It was moving slowly to the north. After viewing the necklace for several seconds, the multi-colored lights of the object simply turned off or disappeared with no after image.
The object was too high above the mountain to have been able to descend to the mountain or behind it. I asked my passenger if she had seen it. She said “Yes.” The other vehicle containing her husband and son was about three minutes behind us on the same road. We waited for them. When they arrived, they confirmed seeing the same object. In about five minutes we were back in Montello and there were several fighter jets flying all over the valley at that time as it got dark. I wrote up an incident report and sent it to MUFON but never heard back from them at all.
